In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer expressly waives their fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal, as the booking concerns a service provided on a specific date or period.

the return appointment.
At booking:

Article 5 — Bank Pre-Authorization
Before collecting the Product, the customer must complete a bank pre-authorization in person.
The pre-authorization corresponds to 30% of the Product’s replacement value.
The replacement value may differ from the original retail price and may reflect the current market, archival, sourcing, restoration, or replacement cost of the Product.
The pre-authorization:
-
is not charged online;
-
temporarily reserves funds;
-
serves as a security guarantee;
-
may remain active for approximately seven (7) days depending on the bank.

-
a Condition Report is completed before handover.

-
handle the Product with exceptional care;
