Return & Refund Policy

1. Rental Fee

The rental fee is paid online at the time of booking and is non-refundable except in the cases set out below.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your booking or fitting appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund of the amount paid online. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for any refund. Failure to attend without prior cancellation (no-show) will not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Fitting Appointment Fee

The €20 fitting appointment fee is non-refundable if you attend the appointment but do not proceed with a rental. If you book a rental following your fitting, the €20 fee will be deducted from your rental price. Cancellation of a fitting appointment is subject to the same 2-hour policy above.

4. Product Unavailability

In the rare event that a reserved Product becomes unavailable before pickup due to unforeseen circumstances (damage, theft, or incident), White Vault Paris will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a replacement Product of comparable value and quality, or a full refund of the rental fee paid online. No additional compensation will be due beyond the refund of the rental fee.

5. Refusal of Handover

If handover is refused due to your failure to comply with our Terms (missing ID, failed bank pre-authorization, refusal to sign the Rental Agreement or Condition Report), the rental fee may not be refunded in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

6. Bank Pre-Authorization

The bank pre-authorization collected at pickup is not a charge. It will be fully released after the Product has been returned on time and inspected in satisfactory condition. Release timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and are outside the control of White Vault Paris — typically 5 to 10 business days. White Vault Paris is not liable for any delay on your bank's end.

Part or all of the pre-authorization may be captured in cases of damage, staining, odor, missing elements, late return, loss, theft, or breach of the Rental Agreement.

7. Damage, Late Return, or Non-Return

No refund will be issued where charges arise from damage, deterioration, persistent odor, staining, unauthorized cleaning or alteration, missing accessories, late return, loss, or non-return of the Product. These costs will be charged in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Rental.

8. Force Majeure

If White Vault Paris is unable to fulfill your booking due to a force majeure event, you will receive a full refund of the rental fee paid online. No additional compensation will be due.
