No Shipping or Delivery

White Vault Paris does not offer shipping or delivery of any kind. All Products are exclusively available for in-person pickup and must be returned in person at our Paris location.

Pickup

All rentals must be collected in person at the agreed pickup appointment. No Product will be dispatched by post, courier, or any other delivery service. A pickup appointment must be booked through the Platform in advance.

Return

All Products must be returned in person at the agreed return appointment. White Vault Paris does not accept returns by post, courier, drop-off, or via a third party.

Why In-Person Only

In-person pickup and return are a core part of the White Vault Paris service. They allow us to verify your identity, complete the bank pre-authorization, document the condition of the Product before and after the rental, and ensure the integrity of our pieces at every stage.
